MVU was founded in 1991 by the mechanical engineering master Jürgen Munzig in Plaidt, who came from the GDR to the West in 1989. The Dresden has special knowledge in the construction of turbomachines and machines for the food and beverage industry. Alexander Felker, who came to Germany from Kazakhstan in 1993, completed his training at Munzig as a precision engineer and later as a mechanical engineer. After careful preparation, Munzig handed over on 1. January 2015 the company to its congenial successor Alexander Felker. The company built a new production center with 1,800 m2 of hall area on a 6,600 m2 plot. MVU-Felker specializes in mechanical engineering, device construction, environmental technology and turning and milling work. The company is characterized by the highest flexibility in the realization of individual customer requirements.
