The team ''Aktionsmanagement Sindelfingen, Bremen, South Africa & external surfaces'' is responsible for the quality assurance of finished vehicles, which are still in the factory access or on external surfaces such as Bremerhaven or Kippenheim. We take over the cross-departmental coordination and operational implementation of all necessary steps, so that the customers do not achieve any detected errors on already produced vehicles. Action management plays a central role in eliminating quality deviations on vehicles before You are delivered to customers. Through targeted blocking, we ensure that all necessary steps are carried out in time. These can look very different – from software adaptations and short functional testing to the exchange of individual components. The organisation and implementation of these measures is also part of our task. Depending on the type of measure, our own teams take over on site or external partners. In 2026, several new series will be launched at the Sindelfingen plant. The location plays a central role particularly in the start-up phases. You work in a team that is used both in Sindelfingen and in other locations to ensure a smooth start of the new models. The activity can begin from April 2026.

Course in a communication study programme or graphic design study programme (or a comparable creative study programme) or a comparable study programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge of PowerBI of advantage

Commitment and team skills

Communication strength and motivation to introduce your own ideas

Self-employed, accurate and reliable operation

Joy in creative work and a good sense of design

A good eye for aesthetics and the layout of professional presentations
