In-house Consultant for Commercial Software Solutions (m/f/d)

You enter our internal commercial systems (ERP & CRM) and the associated interfaces You analyze, design and document system extensions in close cooperation with the departments and external partners You create and provide training documents, process descriptions and system documentation You carry out training and support users:in the daily use of the systems You continuously optimize existing processes, solutions and organisational processes You work with introduction, migration and digitization projects You analyze and eliminate system and process disorders Supporting and developing reporting and business intelligence solutions (BI) You take on the technical support of other commercial and administrative applications, such as our e-learning platform

You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a well-founded commercial training with business background You could already gain first professional experience in these tasks You are welcome to us, also as motivated:r Starter:in You are interested in commercial processes as well as ERP, CRM and BI systems You have analytical thinking and work structured and solution-oriented You are characterized by team skills, independence and a high degree of care You bring a pronounced service and user orientation You are sure to go with Microsoft Office applications You have good communicative and didactic skills and have good knowledge of German in word and writing
