We are looking for immediate and permanent reinforcement in the form of a slight employment As a (Studentische) remedy Office Management / Reception (m/w/d) you will provide your professional experience for a positive first impression and a smooth visitor reception at the site. The following exciting tasks await you: Reception & visitor support: You receive visitors friendly, entertained and host them, register them and monitor the entry of visitors and production including the opening of the gates

Central & Customer Service: Your tasks include the support of the telephone center with customer service, complaint processing, the reception of telephone communications and the transfer to the correct contact persons.

Post & internal organisation: You wrap all output packages, order courier services including auditing and ensure availability of the postage meter machine and balance

Office Management & Administration: In addition, you coordinate corporate cars and meeting rooms, gather information on predefined topics, check invoices and perform administrative tasks such as flower orders, internal massage planning or managing keys, transponders and technology

Quality management & complaints: You will independently process consumer requests by phone, font and e-mail in close coordination with the QM team, take care of the complaint processing as well as the maintenance of the corresponding stocks

Safety requirements & Food Defense: In addition, you ensure compliance with food-defense requirements at reception, document visitors and foreign traders including instructions and support in safety-relevant topics at the site

Ideally you have experiences in the commercial area or in the hotel industry

Very good German and good English skills are just as natural for you as good MS Office knowledge

You have a strong communication skills and a good understanding
