That's what you bring: Closed commercial training, ideally with a focus on staff Professional experience in personnel management, personnel administration or recruiting Good knowledge of operational HR processes; first knowledge of individual and collective labour law is advantageous Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with SAP HR or comparable HR systems is desirable High accuracy, pronounced organizational strength and a structured, timely operation Service orientation, reliability and joy in cooperation with different contact persons Communication strength, team spirit and a high degree of self-initiative
