Full responsibility for the asset management of our existing properties across the entire value-added process – with space, to introduce your own ideas and to actively shape the development of the assets. You know your objects in depth and keep an overview at any time. At the same time, you go openly and safely into the exchange with the management, our investors:inside and other stakeholders, and convincingly introduce your perspective. With this detail depth, regular reporting is easy for you. As a central contact person for tenants:inside, hire interests:inside and external service providers, you accompany the rental process holistically – from the marketing of spaces through constructive contractual negotiations to the successful conclusion. You understand yourself as an important interface between property management, fund management and project development and ensure a smooth, solution-oriented exchange between the areas. You are developing the assets strategically and conceptually and continuously working to strengthen the quality, yield and sustainability of our properties. With a holistic view, you develop and evaluate options for action, for example for optimisation of usage or re-use concepts, and arrange structural and planning questions based on data.

You bring a suitable technical background – for example from the business or real estate industry, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification. With at least 5 years of professional experience in asset management, you have a good feeling for potentials and you like to develop assets strategically and conceptually. Efficiency analyses, cash flows and presentations are sure to start with MS Office. Process control is yours: You like to jongle several balls at the same time and to prioritize them in a targeted manner. You like to work in exchange with others - both internally and externally. You communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level. You are confident in conversations in German and English.
