To strengthen our Private Construction Finance department, we are looking for you as Projektmanager (m/w/d). We are looking for people! The main tasks: customer consulting in all construction finance issues (respect of customers during construction or contract processing) Cooperation with the current exchange platforms (e.g. Interhyp or Finmas/Forum) Integration of the composite products insurance and construction savings into the individual Financial support Cooperation with in- and external bodies in matters of building financing (including specialist departments, joint partners and public bodies) Implementation of customer visits, object visits Exercise of own competencies in the field of activity and independent creation Sales events

Your profile You bring with... a completed training to the bank clerk, a successfully completed training (bank specialist or comparable), well-founded expertise in the banking business, preferably in the building finance business, a pronounced customer and sales orientation, high contactability and joy in dealing with people, safe and customer-oriented appearance and above-average self-initiative and self-employment.
