With sound analyses and tailor-made financing concepts, you accompany companies and municipalities on projects with direct influence on management and management. Developing: Together with our customers, you develop financing solutions for companies and international corporations and accompany their implementation.

Analyze: You evaluate debt capacities, determine internal ratings and calculate scenario analyses to derive sustainable financing concepts from them. Model: You model integrated financial models and simulate different financial-strategic developments and create a well-founded decision-making basis.

Accompanying: You support complex financing transactions, coordinate cooperation with banks, legal consultancy and other project participants and ensure a smooth project development.

Designs: Intercompany financing structures and intra-group financing concepts will be developed for the respective business situation.

Guess: With your know-how, you accompany customers in demanding financial questions and work closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Professional experience: multiannual experience in corporate finance, ideally in a consultancy, bank or treasury of a company

Financial competence: experience in the development of financing concepts for international corporations and in the implementation of rating and scenario analyses

Project Practice: Experience in independent management of demanding projects and in cooperation with different stakeholders

Studies: successfully completed studies of the business economy, economic law or a comparable discipline

Analysis competency: very good knowledge in financial modeling as well as in handling Excel

Transaction experience: Experience in monitoring and negotiating complex financing transactions is beneficial

Knowledge about intercompany financing structures is a plus Language knowledge: knowledge of German and English (C1) in word and writing. Work in Austria or Germany We are looking for suitable candidates in Germany and Austria. In Austria, the following conditions apply: For applicants from Austria, the annual gross salary starts at EUR 65,000 plus a performance-dependent annual bonus. Depending on the experience and qualification, you get an individual offer. There are 38.5 hours per week and 14 salaries per year.
