Complete vocational training as an electronic system, specialist in system integration or comparable qualification At least three years relevant professional experience in the area of dispatch / disposition / coordination / scheduling, ideally in the IT and TK sector Embossed IT affinity and sound knowledge with ticket systems, service times (SLAs), IT processes and MS office Remarkable: knowledge in the field of IT management networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and experience in quality management Experiences and knowledge of the peculiarities of the customer Bundeswehr of advantage Individual initiative, organisational skills, good team and communication skills as well as customer and quality orientation Flowing German knowledge in word like writing and driving licence class B
