Information Security Officer (ISO) (m/f/d)

In this role, you are responsible for our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensure compliance with information security and compliance requirements. The focus is on governance, risk and compliance management (GRC) and the further development of our security organization. Development and operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Implementation of risk analyses and evaluation and control of information security risks Coordination of IT security incidents in cooperation with IT and external partners Planning, implementation and supervision of internal and external audits Development and maintenance of guidelines, standards and processes for information security Further development of business continuity and emergency concepts Security-by-design support and evaluation of cloud and IT architectures Advising the departments and IT on all information security issues Coordination and implementation of data protection-relevant IT requirements Implementation of awareness and training measures to raise awareness among employees

Complete studies in the field of computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification Experience in information security, IT governance or IT risk management Knowledge of common standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 or NIST Experience in risk analyses, audits and dealing with information security incidents Knowledge of modern IT and cloud environments Structured, analytical and independent operation Good communication skills in handling IT, departments and management German at native language level and English at C1 in word and writing. Experience with data protection requirements in the IT environment Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001 lead implementers are advantageous.
