As part of our talent team at the EY-Parthenon in Stuttgart, Frankfurt/Main, Munich, Hamburg, Düsseldorf or Berlin, you will develop and accompany the transformation of the working world at EY-Parthenon through innovative ideas, service-oriented consulting and excellent processes. You can do a variety of tasks: Within our powerful team, you will gain insight into various areas of activity of recruiting with room for independent work. You support the team, for example, in the collection of applications, leading the applicant correspondence, research tasks, and supporting tasks in the preparation and reprocessing of the Assessment Days.

This position is now to be occupied for 15 hours a week.

You are at least in 2 or 3 semesters, you can have a good Abitur and have first experience in Recruiting. You work independently, have basic MS Office skills and have a strong communication strength as well as very good German and English skills (at least C1 level). You are interested in supporting us for at least 12 months.
