Engineering Consultant* Strategy & Technology

In your role, industry and automotive advise customers holistically on strategic and operational issues in the engineering environment on topics such as E/E architectures, complex systems or AI-based solutions as well as efficient development and organization processes You take responsibility in demanding consulting and implementation projects and manage these together with interdisciplinary teams along the entire value chain in terms of costs, dates and quality Based on sound analyses, you develop sustainable target images, roadmaps and solution concepts and accompany their implementation with the customer You act as a competent Sparring partner at eye level – from specialist to management level – and translate technological and organizational challenges into feasible added value You use existing customer relationships, build new ones and play an active role in business development, especially in the positioning and placement of the EDAG portfolio in the industrial environment Through your consulting budget, your structuring capability and safe occurrence, you make a significant contribution to the sustainable customer retention and the expansion of our business

You have a successfully completed study of engineering, industrial engineering, computer science or natural sciences or a comparable qualification You bring 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in the industrial or automotive environment with reference to electrical/electronics (E/E) topics or software-driven products, of which at least 1 year experience in the consulting environment e.g. B. Engineering Consulting, Management or Technology Consulting Business development, project management and consulting are an integral part of your role: You recognise potentials, drive issues actively, take responsibility and bring their know-how into targeted development, organisational and process approaches. Even under high dynamics and demanding conditions, you act sovereignly, prioritize clearly and create confidence and stability through your professional appearance. Team skills, self-initiative and the willingness to continue professional and personal development are the key to this. You think analytical, act consistently solution-oriented and customer-oriented and prepare complex content structured and address-oriented – from the specialist level to the management level; we presuppose reliable knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
