Our portfolio in the field of turnkey construction includes the turnkey production of industrial and commercial buildings, office and administrative buildings as well as special buildings and the complete revitalization of existing buildings.

Your duties

• You are our important point of contact on the construction site for all topics of interior design They coordinate our subcontractors and organize the construction process in close coordination with our building management They conduct the construction site reporting and implement the requirements of occupational safety and construction site logistics on site They are responsible for quality monitoring and early identification of possible technical deviations They support the billing of our construction measures

Your profile

• Completed further education on the working policy (m/w/d) in civil engineering or a completed craft training in professions of interior design (e.g. as a carpenter [m/w/d], electrician [m/w/d] etc.)
• Practical experience in a comparable position and affinity for EDV
• Good knowledge of occupational safety / safety at the construction site
• Reliability, readiness and flexibility
• Enforcement, leadership and team spirit
