(Junior) Consultant Project Management Office (PMO) (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the organizational, administrative and commercial management of several projects, from planning to completion. You support project leaders in the coordination, control and monitoring of projects (performance, budget, dates, risks). You are the first point of contact for project staff, and you are responsible for non-friction communication and cooperation. You participate in the purchase, settlement and settlement of external service providers. Optional – depending on experience and interest: You are a professional team of PMOs and develop processes and structures together with the team management. You'll be able to answer the project-controlling across the range (e.g. with Microsoft Power BI). You are continuously supporting team and department management through meaningful analyses and developing reporting tools.

You have successfully completed a commercial training (e.g., with a focus on IT, service or administration) or a comparable qualification. You have already gained first experience in the (multi-)project management office – ideally in the IT, services or authorities environment. You are safe in handling MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and bringing in general IT affinity. Objectives: Experience with project management tools such as SAP, PROJEKTRON BCS or Confluence. You are characterized by communication strength, team spirit and joy in structured and solution-oriented work. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
