Successfully completed academic studies in law, 1st or 2nd legal state exams or comparable knowledge, skills and corresponding professional experience Professional experience in the processing of damages Management experience Knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations, including BGB, FStrG, VVG, Damsersatzrecht, ZPO, InfrGG Very good German knowledge (min. level C1) Class B driving licence

That would be desirable: Knowledge of procedures in the Project Management Office IT-Affinity as well as safe handling of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word, SAP and specialist software
