In our headquarters in Dortmund, we are looking for a mathematician (m/w/d) for our group “Bilanzierung und Fondsverwaltung” at the next possible time.

They take responsibility for the coordination, analysis and settlement of reinsurance contracts. They work on the production of quarterly and annual accounts. They bring your ideas into the further development of our systems – both in the reinsurance sector and in the production of financial statements – and thus shape the technological future of our processes. They accompany the introduction of new tools and applications – from the first idea to test scenarios to the successful rollout.

You have successfully completed a study of mathematics, computer science or economic mathematics or comparable training. Ideally, you have knowledge of life insurance or financial mathematics or have already gained first experience in a life insurance company. They have a pronounced IT affinity, joy in programming and bring experience with common programming languages and databases (e.g. VBA, SQL, Java). They think analytically, work precisely and independently and enjoy solving complex tasks. They are team-oriented, reliable and bring a proactive, open-minded type.
