Your tasks:

Support of our labour law expert in the legal examination of labour law issues Research on current developments in labour, collective and social security law. Preparation and preparation of legal opinions, opinions and draft decisions Participation in the creation, testing and updating of work contracts, additional agreements and operating arrangements Standardization and digitization of labour law processes and HR processes (Digitalization and AI Initiative) Building a know-how management system Preparation of presentations and training documents on labour law topics

Your skills

For this activity you are currently studying law or economic law in an advanced semester. In addition, the following skills and interests complete your profile:

You bring a strong team skills, self-responsibility and commitment Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level)
