Full fleet coordination: control of maintenance, repair, accident repair, in- and out-of-operation as well as ensuring all technical, organizational and legal vehicle appointments Support and training of vehicle users: Instruction, instruction (UVV), driver's licence control, needs-based training and central contact person for all employees around the vehicle Insurance and Damage Management: Treatment of damages, coordination with insurance companies and experts and participation in insurance concepts and contracts Administrative fleet management: Electronic travel books, documentation, archiving, fleet controlling (metrics), and the processing of vulnerabilities and exemptions Service provider management: control of external service providers and participation in the further development, quality assurance and documentation of all vehicle-relevant processes

completed commercial or technical training with additional qualification in fleet management Secure handling of MS Office as well as basic insurance skills and SAP Technical understanding (KFZ technology) and practical experience in handling car and truck vehicles as well as interest in technological developments Self-employed, reliable and careful working combined with sense of responsibility and economic thinking Embossed communication and team skills as well as solution-oriented and cooperative working
