Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)

Participation in recruiting – e.g. creation of job advertisements, pre-selection of candidates and contract creation (after TVöD Bund) Processing of attitudes and contract changes for employees, academic assistants and interns Implementation of administrative activities from employment to the exit of employees Maintaining the digital personal data and communication at the pay billing point Working in exciting HR projects, such as preparation of local job fairs Supporting the time-management system in SAP and contact person for employees, health insurance companies and authorities on all issues relating to working time Processing of medical records, calculation of holiday entitlements and organization of call facilities Creation of evaluations and statistics

Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training for the person skilled in the profession tested*mann (IHK) or a comparable training Vocational experience in staff work (including knowledge in the preparation of personal measures) Act of establishment [BetrVG] and on principles of remuneration and legal requirements) Knowledge of public service collective law, WissZeitVG, employment and social insurance law, as well as the works council law routine in the application of legal provisions (work laws, business arrangements, organizational instructions etc.) Very good IT skills in MS Office and experience in SAP of advantage Safe and friendly appearance, self-employed and streamlined mode of work, team skills and service orientation High interest in working on new topics Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
