You actively shape and develop the securities business of the Sparkasse You act as a central contact person for securities issues in market, market service and internal areas You initiate and control distributive measures and impulses around the securities business, coordinate projects and work closely with partners You organize and run the investment and product committee taking into account regulatory requirements You continuously develop investment processes, product baskets and sales-relevant systems and processes

You have a degree as a banking specialist, bank business economist, savings banks business economist or a comparable qualification You have experience in the securities business or in the sales management of a credit institution You have experience with bank-specific distribution systems – ideally OSPlus or OSPlus_neo You work structured as well as process and solution oriented You convince by communication strength, initiative and team orientation The position is also suitable for candidates from other banks or financial institutions with experience in securities business or sales management
