In a dynamic team, you work on the implementation, customization and further development of the workforce management software for our group of companies in close coordination with the department. You are responsible for the integration of upstream and downstream systems and the operation of personnel deployment planning and time tracking solutions. You support the selection and introduction of workforce management systems and thus accompany the personnel departments on their way to digitalization. You are responsible for projects with various disciplines in interdisciplinary teams. You are responsible for the 3rd level support of our systems and are in close contact with our key users. You use Jira and Confluence for documentation and project management. You show communication strength in cooperation with various stakeholders, specialist departments, customers and external service providers.
Ideally, during your studies, you have defined your interest in the area of human resources management and intensively engaged in the collection of performance and personnel data, pay determination, billing and time management. You have well-founded experience in the field of workforce management. SAP experience in HCM modules PT and proportional PA as well as SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) complete your profile. You have experience in the operation and the further development of personnel deployment planning solutions and time recording solutions. You bring profound technical understanding, have knowledge in the field of system configuration and customizing and bring experience in agile work. Ideally, you have experience in the selection and introduction of workforce management systems. You are a team player with an independent, service-oriented and responsible way of working. Experience in trade is beneficial. You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
