Together with your colleagues, you are looking for a central interface between the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board, Advisory Board, subsidiaries and grandchildren and take on diverse and varied tasks. You organize, co-ordinate and accompany committee meetings (Rights Council, General Assembly, Shareholders' Meetings and Advisory Board) and arrange for their preparation and preparation incl. Protocol management and task management. You are a contact person for our internal and external stakeholders and assists in communication with the Supervisory Board and advisory board. You coordinate cooperation with BaFin, BVR, Examination Association and Bundesbank with regard to supervisory issues and ad and reporting obligations. You have a completed economic study (e.g. economic law or economics) or a completed commercial training with relevant professional experience. You communicate with internal and external stakeholders and represent the bank professionally. You are characterized by a pronounced service orientation and high IT affinity.
