The Bundesbau One of the most exciting areas of work in the entire construction industry is Bundesbau. The Bundesbau in the BLB NRW is planning and building comparable to a large project management office, e.g. educational institutions and universities of applied sciences, administrative buildings, air-weapons, NATO airfields or special buildings of the federal police. As part of our team, you will develop state-of-the-art, exceptional and unique projects in NRW.

As a project team member, you will ensure the planning and implementation of the BIM-based processes in the respective project and drive the further development of the BIM strategy in the BLB NRW You think analytically and innovatively and independently develop new themes, and you will be happy to work scientifically and forward-looking You control BIM planning for completeness of AIA (order-information requirements) You work in interdisciplinary construction project teams with various disciplines, such as construction, supply technology and electrical engineering, in a variety of projects. You merge the BIM plans of different specialist planners and conduct collision tests

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Supply Technology, Industrial Engineering with a focus on construction or a comparable engineering degree course or a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician/to the state-tested technician or Completion as a master or master of the above-mentioned disciplines and a professional experience of at least five years in the field of engineering (e.g. by means of work certificates).
