Your tasks:

• Organisation and settlement of national and international consignments of goods
• Communication and coordination with freight forwarders, carriers and Customers
• preparation and testing of shipping and customs documents
• Costing and supply creation for transport services
• Monitoring and ensuring scheduled delivery
• Treatment of complaints and damages

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (e.g. Supplies businessman/wife, industrial businessman/wife) or comparable Qualifications
• Multiannual professional experience in shipping, freight forwarding and in Customs clearance
• Knowledge of the creation of customs and Shipping documents
• Secure handling of MS Office and common forwarding programs
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, Other languages advantageous
• Organizational talent, communication strength and team skills
• Self-responsible and solution-oriented operation
