Head of Key Account Management Operational Security Technology (m/f/d)

When controlling and coordinating our key accounts, you are responsible for an operational smooth communication flow and implementation of the DOing between our customers and internal branches and departments.

Ensuring a consistently high service level and compliance with safety technology standards, from consulting to installation to ongoing operation.

Active control and optimisation of customer satisfaction, especially through regular exchange, rapid response times with specific requirements, in difficult situations act as a link for problem solutions.

Support in planning, controlling and implementing complex customer projects.

Action management to achieve objectives

Analysis and optimization of all associated operational processes with standardization of branches.

Central operational contact for strategic key accounts

Escalation management for faults, quality deviations or special situations

Responsibility for revenue, earnings and DB targets in the key account portfolio

Development of key account standards, reporting and control instruments

Introduction and monitoring of KPIs and SLA reviews with customers

Active participation in transformation, digitization and optimization projects as well as on start-up processes.

Successfully completed studies in the field of business, technology, safety management or a comparable qualification with many years of experience in electrical engineering.

Multiannual professional experience required in the operational key account management or sales controlling in the field of security technology.

Deep technical knowledge in the field of safety technology in order to understand the requirements of customers and to develop tailor-made technical facility solutions.

Extensive analysis skills and experience in KPI management, including the ability to make data-based decisions and derive targeted measures.

High customer and service orientation with a strong focus on sustainable customer satisfaction.

Safe handling of MS Office, CRM systems and common reporting tools.

German knowledge, English knowledge of advantage.
