Tasks

Implementation of regional customer orders in the area of customer service, including repair, maintenance and installation work as well as technical advice on site Ensuring customer-oriented and trusted communication to meet the high quality requirements of our customers Flexible tuning of the inserts with our internal service

Complete technical training (e.g. as a locksmith, industrial mechanic, mechatronic) or comparable professional experience Craft skills and knowledge in metalworking, experience in welding and electrical engineering desirable At least two years of professional experience as a service technician or in comparable areas Teamability and solution orientation driving licence class B Self-employed and responsible work Sympathetic and binding appearance and customer-oriented behavior General PC knowledge and good German knowledge
