Controller Quality & Process Optimization (m/f/d)

You are part of the Business Controlling department, which achieves outstanding achievements through cooperation and joint commitment You independently evaluate the quality of process processing from the client or Takeover of the shipment until delivery to the end customer or parcel shop as well as from customers or products (e.g. transit times, service complaints, parcel shop pick-up rates) As a proactive business partner, you support our business units in achieving their goals. You develop new key figures and define target values in combination with the unit you are looking for. In the event of deviations in the quality indicators, you analyze the reasons, prepare causes, guide improvements along with the responsible business unit and evaluate their success You regularly give feedback to our internal business partners on the development of relevant quality indicators, supported in strategic issues or projects In addition to the teams of your Business Controlling department, you work closely with the sister department “Center of Excellence” that creates reports or other interfaces You actively shape and drive the continuous improvement process and represent the principles of our quality standards (Hermes KPIs) within our organization

You have successfully completed your studies with an economic focus or have comparable qualifications, ideally in the logistics environment You could gain several years of experience in process and project management, also in controlling-related units and/or in package logistics You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, a strong number and process affinity as well as a structured way of working You are a team player, has a sovereign appearance and a high communication capability – friendly, clear and assertive You have good knowledge in handling MS Office. The handling of SAP BO and Tableau is familiar with the basic functions and the work with reports is fun for you
