Senior Controller (f/m/d)

We offer a wide range of services, from small campaigns to complete O&M services. Our core competencies are the management and maintenance of offshore wind farms as well as the turnkey replacement and repair of large components with our jack-up vessels. In your new role, you will support the commercial controlling of complex, international service and maintenance projects. Design, implementation and ownership of liquidity, cash and working capital controlling including planning Active contribution to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Development and integration of ERP systems into controlling processes Optimization of cost accounting and internal charging models (e.g. hourly rate calculation) Calculation of offers, pricing and international transfer pricing Controlling of project-based business units (e.g. services, industrial production) Application of international accounting standards (e.g. Percentage of Completion, reconciliation with local GAAP) Use and enhancement of Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and visualization Deputy to Head of Controlling in strategic and operational matters

Degree in Finance, Controlling or related field 5–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in wind energy or offshore services Strong financial, analytical and business oriented mindset Excellent ERP and BI tool skills (e.g. SAP, Power BI) Experience in international accounting and pricing strategies High level of initiative, resilience and communication skills Fluent in English (spoken and written)
