You are our catalyst for automated customer communication and process automation in our back office tool. You are responsible for the portfolio of AI-based automation initiatives in the system and supports the definition of new features for our users. You work at the technological spearhead of artificial intelligence, in a modern development environment. Your active participation in strategic goals and their implementation will be part of your daily work.

You are responsible for the entire product development process for your area and coordinate the implementation of your features both in the product-specific teams and in CHECK24 cross-departments. You work deeply into existing functions and structures of the back office tool and quickly take responsibility for your roadmap You work closely with the management of innovative AI / automation topics – your active participation is explicitly desired and demanded You analyze data, define automation potentials, and check AI-based solution approaches within our back office tool – here you deliver sound and clear action recommendations You monitor and optimize the performance of the measures actively and set up required reports and dashboards together with the experts You are constantly up to date in terms of best practices, watch the trends in artificial intelligence and independently check the usability for our workflows

You have completed your studies very well, not your field of expertise You bring excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as the willingness to work quickly into complex issues You have ideally gained first experience in product management, e-commerce, or business consulting You can inspire yourself for digital products and processes and want to drive up-to-date AI topics in the company You can transform theoretical concepts into practical features through your distinct technical understanding You speak German (at least C1) You are empathic and can therefore understand the concerns of our customers(advisers) and derive conclusive automation approaches You are open-minded, willing to take responsibility, drive topics forward independently and want to have sustainable impact for our customers
