Maintenance/Contract Processing – Achern (m/f/d)

You perform various commercial and organizational tasks in the field of maintenance and contracting. You process and coordinate contracts, documents and ongoing processes and keep time limits and appointments reliably in mind. You agree with internal departments, customers and external partners and ensure a smooth process. You create evaluations and overviews and support the further development of existing processes. In addition, you take over further administrative and cross-sectoral tasks and get flexible where your support is required.

You have completed commercial training. You bring professional experience in a commercial or administrative activity – ideally in contracting, maintenance or in a comparable environment. You work structured, carefully and independently and keep an overview of different tasks. You can communicate bindingly and work with various internal and external contacts. You are flexible, open to new tasks and introduce their own ideas to improve processes. You have good knowledge of MS Office; Experiences with ELO, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable systems are advantageous.
