Mircrosoft Generalist (m/f/d)

Administration and operation of Microsoft-365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune. Management of user accounts, licenses and group policies via Azure Active Directory and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Configuration and support of security policies, data loss prevention (DLP) and compliance frameworks within Microsoft 365. Implementation and operation of Microsoft Teams Rooms, communication systems and integrated collaboration tools. Support for onboarding processes, migrations and hybrid environments (on-premises to cloud). Analysis and troubleshooting, implementation of root-cause analyses and solution of Microsoft-365-related Incidents. Development and automation of workflows with Power Automate and PowerShell scripts. Monitoring of service availability, performance and capacities. Maintenance of technical documentation, guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Training, providing best practices and second-level support for end users and IT employees. Ensuring security, backup and redundancy strategies (if necessary). Cooperation with external service providers and other IT departments on problem solving. Participation in the design of information and operational support systems.

Proven professional experience as Microsoft-365 administrator, engineer or specialist. Funded knowledge in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and Azure AD. Very good knowledge of PowerShell, Microsoft Graph or comparable automation tools. Understanding the Microsoft Security and Compliance functions (e.g. MFA, Conditional Access, DLP). Experience in identity and device management with intune or in hybrid Active-Directory environments. Knowledge of license models, tenant management and service configuration. Embossed skills in troubleshooting, documentation and communication. Experience with monitoring systems. Very good communication and team skills. Flowing English and German knowledge, French or Dutch are advantageous. Complete Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable degree course – or equivalent professional experience. Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous. Experience in hybrid or multi-tenant enterprise environments is a plus. More about the place Additional information: For this position, there is a perspective possibility to gradually increase the remote share, depending on the project phase, team tuning and individual incorporation. The prerequisite for the successful exercise of the role is very good knowledge of English and German, as both languages are used in the daily work environment.
