The co-operative group of the vhw offers a comprehensive range of housing and services and manages nearly 7,000 apartments with around 900 employees (m/w/d) and supervises more than 2,000 inhabitants (m/w/d) in the service and in outpatient and stationary care, distributed over the Hamburg city area and the surrounding area. The cooperative has been offering housing and nursing care for seniors for more than 45 years and is one of the largest providers of Hamburg in the service sector. Our residents as well as our team are at the centre of the Kiefhörn Senior Residence. We work in small residential areas with family, manageable teams, value-estimating, modern and at eye level. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated practical guide (m/w/d) that would like to pass on their knowledge and promote trainees. Especially: You are exposed to this task and are not planned into daily care. So you can concentrate fully on training.

Technical guidance and support of trainees in health and care assistance as well as in generalistic nursing training – according to the requirements of the training manual Joint care of fixed groups of residents together with trainees Motivation of trainees through targeted use of appropriate training instruments Participation in the creation of operational training plans and individual training plans Coordination and contact care to nurses, specialist authorities, vocational schools and other external cooperation partners Organisation and implementation of practical instructions and training Documentation of training progress as simple as possible without unnecessary bureaucracy Close cooperation with the care team to continuously improve practical knowledge
