HR Specialist / HR Generalist with payroll expertise (m/f/d)

In this versatile position, you play a central role in our HR team and combine classic staff-referent tasks with a sound understanding of payroll topics: Care and advice of executives and employees in all personal questions Control and implementation of the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding Recruiting Process Support Organisation of training, instruction, company appointments, etc. Acquisition of monthly time recording as well as the determination of non-wage costs Close cooperation with Payroll and our tax office as well as ensuring a smooth flow of information Support for billing-related topics through your thorough understanding of wage and salary accounting

Closed commercial training ideally with corresponding further training to the staff specialist, studies with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in human resources, ideally as a staff member or HR Generalist Finded understanding of wage and salary accounting (own billing experience of advantage, but not necessarily required) Safe handling of labour law issues Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation A friendly and reliable personality that has fun in contact with employees and teamwork and delights with their macher mentality German language skills
