Do you want to contribute your theoretical knowledge to marketing & communication and can you imagine using your technical and analytical know-how in the further development of the ''Digital Services'' of 1&1? The Self Service team is looking for a working student who supports us with a creative vein and analytical know-how in the further development and marketing of our Self Service Platform, the 1&1 Control Center. Your tasks are: Further development of marketing analyses in the field of digital customer approach, in particular for emailing, SMS campaigns and social media Pre- and post-processing as well as analysis of communication projects (newsletter, app push, SMS etc.) Competition analysis and market screening Support in the optimization and establishment of internal processes of the area Processing of KPIs and analysis results from continuous customer satisfaction surveys Support of the team in the daily business

We are looking for a Bachelor/Master student* in BWL, Communication Sciences or a comparable degree program. If you can imagine working with us for 15-20 h a week - during the semester holidays also more - then we look forward to your application.
