  Your challenge:

• They ensure high address quality and delivery capacity in Germany and abroad (Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden).
• They control the processes for the care of the personal, address and communication data, taking into account land-specific aspects and special features of the ordering channel and carry out the quality control.
• This includes analyzing address processes and implementing economically meaningful measures to improve address quality in cooperation with internal specialist departments and external service providers
• The main topics here are dublet detection and cleaning, conversion of moving addresses, acquisition of country-specific reference files (e.g. postal code, location, street file), address research, correction of address and communication data
• They work closely with the areas of customer service, IT and organization.

  Your profile:

• You have completed a degree with an economic background or equivalent training and bring several years of professional experience in address management (print media as well as e-commerce) – ideally in shipping.
• Their analytical and entrepreneurial way of thinking is paired with high quality standards and very high reliability in performing operational processes.
• In dealing with Excel and MS SQL you are versed; Also desirable are knowledge of SAS and Microsoft AX standard.
• Ideally, you are interested in further development in a professional leadership role.
