Responsibility at the construction site: You take over the management and control of predominantly regional construction projects directly on site – from the first groundbreaking to the turnkey handover. Make sure everything is running around: on time, in budget and in best quality. Coordination of all plants: Whether you own GOLDBECK installers or external subcontractors – you have control of the construction process. You plan, coordinate and monitor the works and ensure that everything goes hand in hand Quality, cost and time monitoring: You make sure that the technical statements are correct, that the progress of the building fits and that the budget is maintained. Use modern tools (e.g. BIM and LEAN) as well as your own expertise Teamwork at the construction site: You perform with clear communication and an open ear. Together with contractors, specialist planners and project participants, you will ensure a smooth construction process Accounting and Documentation: You ensure that services are properly recorded and billed. You can also keep track and documentation in mind

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, construction, architecture – or a comparable qualification in civil engineering You already have experience in the construction management of turnkey commercial properties – ideally with your own projects under your leadership You are familiar with VOB, execution planning, construction design and appointment control You work safely with MS Office as well as call and appointment programs You are communicative, structured and like to pack on themselves. Take responsibility lies with you – and you will find pragmatic solutions also under time pressure Your appearance is binding and clear – both to the team and to builders, entrepreneurs and partners Very good German knowledge (min. B2) required in word and writing
