Quality and drawing examination: You take over the independent testing of construction and production drawings (e.g., equipment systems, complex steel structures and support arm solutions). You make sure that only fault-free, complete and standard-compliant drawings come into production. Precise detailed control: You control measurements, tolerances, fittings and material specifications (e.g. stainless steel, galvanized components) and ensure optimal surface and corrosion protection (e.g. fire galvanizing, coating) in compliance with all safety requirements. Interfaces & Compliance: You align the planning with the customer requirements, the performance directory and the applicable standards (e.g. DIN 7200:2004, EN, Eurocode) and are responsible for compliance with these requirements. Error prevention & clarification: You recognize structural errors or uncertainties early and proactively clarify open questions with the design, project management or directly with the customer. By looking closely, you actively avoid manufacturing errors, expensive rework and unnecessary additional costs. Production Release & Documentation: After successful testing, you will share the final release of the drawings for production or assembly and ensure complete, transparent documentation of all tests and releases.

Background: Finded expertise in metal construction or steel construction, ideally through training as a technical system planner, metal designer, technician or an engineering study. A completely safe understanding of technical drawings and sound knowledge of the relevant standards (in particular DIN 7200). Technical know-how: deep knowledge in the field of welding constructions, manufacturing processes and corrosion protection in the outside sector. Mindset: A careful, structured and detailed way of working distinguishes you. Communication: You are strong in communication and highly confident in exchange with internal departments and external partners in German and English
