Processing of customer requests Costing and creation of repair and service offerings, including technical descriptions Monitoring of orders (technical, administrative, delivery times and customer contact) Intensive after sales support of selected customers Analysis of customer needs and subsequent implementation of individual concepts After market and service product sales Support for After Market / After Sales Strategies and Processes Project management of selected cases in the field of technical support, complaints and Customer satisfaction Internal and external preparation, coordination and processing of customer complaints problem-solving work with high technical understanding and Customer orientation Systematic causes analysis and definition of sustainable corrective measures and Documentation of results Review of the implementation and effectiveness of the defined corrective measures Customers on site Coordination with the relevant departments Processing of warranty cases including Customer opinion Participation in customer meetings online and on-site Creation of technical customer reports and analyses

Technical training (e.g. precision mechanic/method mechanic) in combination with commercial experience or adequate professional experience First project experience desirable Handling with an ERP system and the MS Office package Good knowledge of English in word and writing Impressed customer orientation, communication strength and persuasion and decision-making power High team spirit, resilience and cooperation High flexibility to quickly adapt to new processes, procedures, conditions, etc. Readiness to travel (approx. 10%) to accompany projects with local customers Excellent self-responsibility, structured working and good self-management The activity can be performed remotely next to the Bahlingen site.
