An exciting and versatile real estate project with high architectural and technical standards Commercial and technical project development in contractor function Project management and control of all phases of large-scale projects, from idea to successful tenant transfer Development of feasibility analyses, management of the planning, awarding, realization and marketing/rentaling process Moderation of decision-making and voting processes and presentations before different target groups Comprehensive project organisation with all internal and external stakeholders Project controlling for costs, dates and qualities

Complete engineering or architecture studies as well as experience in the management of complex projects in the field of architecture, project development or project management, ideally in the business, office and residential segments Expertise in the field of planning and construction of larger projects Embossed conceptual and creative skills to develop optimal usage concepts and project solutions Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as the ability to optimize processes and economic efficiency in a targeted manner Experience in the management and motivation of external project participants, as well as a high level of negotiation Ability to prepare complex content to address, to moderate discussions and to bring together different interests Pleasure of occasional travel activities as well as organisational talent and team skills
