The Quality Control Team in the field of polymer syringes ensures the quality of our products throughout the entire testing process. In a demanding regulated medical environment, you take on the technical and disciplinary responsibility and actively contribute to the continuous development of processes and employees. Your duties Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of five employees in the polymer laboratory Ensuring the timely implementation of goods receipts and end checks as well as internal analyses Conduct and coordination of laboratory tests in daily business Processing of quality deviations and creation and implementation of CAPAs and amendments Management and cooperation in projects to optimize processes and quality standards Your profile Completed scientific or technical training Multiannual leadership experience and professional experience in quality and production environment Good knowledge of quality management and quality assessment Very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office Ideally, SAP knowledge and experience in a regulated environment, preferably pharmaceutical or medical technology Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
