In the field of 'Qualification' of the Department of Education and Organisational Development, we implement current training formats from the field of safety and health. As part of the increasing digitalization of services, new competencies have to be built up and current products are to be supervised. Your duties include: Supporting existing digital platforms with educational content Support for SOL (self-organized learning) Phases and further development of qualification concepts Application in presence seminars Qualification of internal and external speakers on new digital formats and services Contact person for specialist questions on the subject handling of the respective types of seminars Updating of guides, seminar documents and media technical and organizational management of project groups dealing with the further development of qualification formats in the field of tasks

a completed academic degree (master or university diploma), preferably in adult education, work and organizational psychology, engineering or natural sciences Practical experience as a lecturer/dozent (m/w/d) in adult education good knowledge of digital formats in the field of qualification and support for digital learning platforms good knowledge of occupational health and safety, relevant rules and operational target groups ideally an apprenticeship as a specialist (m/w/d) for occupational safety ideally a qualification for learning guidance (m/w/d) for Sifa 3.0 training Self-initiative, learning and performance
