For the organizational unit Analytics & Customer address we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site Head of Data Integration & Governance (m/w/d).

The Data & Intelligence Platform tools and frameworks of the Data Platform are managed and developed. The core tasks of the newly created department ''Data Integration & Governance'' will be the integration of data from the entire financial group as well as the establishment of appropriate processes in handling data. The focus is on the continuous development and clear structures for working with data in the topics AI, analytics and reporting.

Leadership with a wide view – expert and disciplinary leadership of the department and further development of the team Innovation engine with entrepreneurial thinking – setting impulses, questioning of existing and active participation of the future for the Data Platform Efficient control – Predictive planning of resources and tasks Responsibility for data – Together with the team: Building a comprehensive data base for further use in different use cases such as AI, analytics and reporting Security and compliance in view – securing the department goals in line with the overall strategy of financial informatics Sparring partners at eye level – consulting the Head of Division for operational and strategic issues
