You are taxing and responsible for all operational personnel administration, from legally secure contract creation to faultless pay and salary accounting You are analysing existing HR processes and actively promotes digitization and continuous process optimization in the department As a central contact person, you advise executives and the entire team competently in all pay tax, social insurance and labour law issues You enter the HR IT systems used, ensure smooth master data management and ensure the highest quality standards in the daily business
