Key Account Consultant with a focus on Commercial Insurance Frankfurt am Main (m/f/d)

To strengthen our dedicated team of Hoesch & Partner GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for you as a key account consultant (m/w/d) with a focus on business insurance. Ensuring service-oriented consulting as well as a cross-species expansion of our commercial customers (e.g. chamber professions, financial services & Family Office) You are responsible for the qualified processing of incoming new customer requests You take care of the full contract processing/management and take over the correspondence with customers (m/w/d) to all contract matters You analyse inventory contracts with regard to risk profiles as well as needs and identify potentials and coverage gaps You accompany the damage process and act here as a central contact person (m/w/d) for our customers (m/w/d) You have the opportunity to participate in various projects to develop work processes and quality standards

You have completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance, banker (m/w/d) or a degree with a focus on insurance / insurance management You bring several years of professional experience in technical customer care, ideally focusing on composite/sach insurance Team and communication skills as well as a targeted, proactive and independent way of working A safe and competent appearance, a high degree of flexibility as well as a service-oriented and self-responsive operation complete your profile.
