What awaits you: Independent visit to our site to receive building-related data Recording and documentation of fire protection-relevant information (e.g. fire debris) Maintenance and transfer of the collected data into the KEVOX system Recording all necessary information for creating a space book Structured processing of data in Excel (including creation of clear tables and files) Ensuring data quality and completeness General support of the Central Service Team, e.g. for organisational tasks or smaller, ad hoc activities

What you need to apply successfully: Studies in Civil Engineering, Facility Management or the like German language skills in word and writing Careful and structured operation Ready to deal intensively on site with building data Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel Ideally first experience in handling technical documentation or database systems (e.g. KEVOX) Self-employment and reliability
