Our team designes and optimizes the client contracts of the operating business and works in tandem with our pricing strategy:inside the Value Center of Excellence in the strategic preparation and implementation of contract negotiations. As a client contracting professional (m/w/d), you will be able to sign our customer contracts from a legal perspective in the sense of Deloitte and thus contribute to the sustainable success of our company. Contracts: You are responsible for the audit and management of our individual contracts, framework contracts and contracts from public tenders, thereby ensuring customer and business-oriented processing. Advice: You act as an in-house consultant for our engagement teams and support in the design of contract formulations that minimize our risk and recommend appropriate quality assurance measures. Stakeholder Management: You are testing and supporting the creation of benchmark formulations for our standard legal clauses, accompanying the roll-out in all businesses and can actively participate in the development of the new CLM tool. Negotiation: You work in tandem with commercial negotiators and can be part of the negotiating team in complex legal contracts. Strategy: You are part of a professional contract expert team as a strategic department directly under the board of directors and actively shape the new processes of Deloitte at corporate level.

Complete study of law (legal studies with focus on contract law or economic law studies) Professional experience in contract law (preferably WPG) Analytical capacity and understanding of complex facts, pronounced communication and working skills, careful working Self-motivated, service-oriented and targeted work setting German and English very well in word and writing (to be negotiated), good knowledge in the gänging MS Office applications.
