Technical and organisational management of the logistics team at the customer location (approx. 14 employees:inside) Planning, control and monitoring of daily logistics processes Coordination of goods receipt, goods receipt, storage, material provision and goods exit Ensuring timely and high-quality performance Application and shift planning as well as control of employee capacities Monitoring and optimization of logistical processes and processes Contact person for the customer in all logistics-relevant questions Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and health rules Creation of evaluations, reports and key figures for the location management Support and introduction of new employees Support for projects and continuous development of logistics processes Close cooperation with other departments and service providers at the site

Successfully completed training in the field of logistics, forwarding, warehouse management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in logistics or supply chain management First leadership experience of advantage Experience in managing operational logistics processes Safe handling of current MS Office applications High organizational capacity as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking Embossed customer and service orientation Communication strength, enforcement capacity and team capacity Self-employed and structured work
