At the Marie Curie School in Frankfurt – a five-speed primary school – we have been successfully shaping the whole day for over ten years. Our full-day offer is firmly anchored in everyday school and offers all children of the school a place of care.

In total, we work in ten groups with our own care rooms. Educational work is done in small, fixed teams with clear responsibilities. As a result, we create reliable relationships for children and structured cooperation in the College.

Our whole-day concept has grown for many years, has been tested and is continuously developed. A close and trusting cooperation with the school is a central part of our work. Together we create a full day that offers children space for learning, playing and growing.

For our full day care at the Marie Curie School (Frankfurt/Riedberg) we are looking for you as from 01.08.2026

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in parttime (28-35 h)

• They are development companions*in for the children aged 6-10 and design the pedagogical everyday situational and oriented to the needs and interests of the children
• Offers and projects plan and conduct them competently
• With your strengths, competencies and commitment, you actively contribute to the pedagogical work, team meetings and concept days
• You are trusting contact persons*In for children and parents and maintain a professional and value-adding communication
• As part of our full-time school concept, you work closely with the school and the teachers to implement our holistic education and training mission

Your profile:

• A completed vocational training as an educatorIn, Social EducationIn, Education*In,
• Professional experience desirable
• Structured and independent work and joy in working with children
• Team skills, commitment, reliability and empathy
• Own initiative and motivation in the continuous reflection and further development of your own pedagogical work
