Own-responsible processing of the object accounting for a defined portfolio Accounting of current account statements and execution of monthly target positions Creation and booking of debitor debitor debitor debitor debitor debitor debitor debitor debitor debitor debitor debitor Preparation and support in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts Current accounting and clarification of accounts in the debitor and creditor sector Coordination and verification of payment procedures Close coordination of object accounting with financial accounting Active cooperation on special projects of business accounting

(m/w/d) and/or training for the audited financial and accounting account holder (m/w/d) As an alternative to economic studies (Bachelor) with a focus on finance/invoicing First relevant professional experience in (real estate) accounting Funded knowledge and financial security according to HGB Secure handling of MS Office applications and a common ERP system (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision) A high level of sense of responsibility and an independent and structured way of working Flexibility and loadability also in intensive phases (e.g. annual accounts)
