You make sure that all relevant documents for meetings are available in full and in time. You will keep an overview of the Outlook calendar of the Head of Research and Development/Chief Innovation Officer, behave and manage it independently and ensure a clear and transparent schedule. With your reliable follow-up, you will ensure the timely processing of tasks. You take over the organization, booking and refurbishment of business trips for the Head of Research and Development, including the travel cost accounting. You can also check and bill the credit card according to internal requirements. With your solution-oriented approach, you can support projects and independently take ad hoc tasks – always with a view to priorities and efficiency.

A safe handling of MS Office products especially for PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, a passion for tools, AI and software. Secure English knowledge in word and writing.
